Game Nights Entertainment is not just selling a game – we are selling excitement, traffic, loyalty (week after week) and revenue-generating events that fills seats at your venues on slow nights.

  • Competitive Edge: Move beyond the “standard bar” feel with a high-production, interactive experience.
  • Weekly Loyalty: Create a “home base” habit for customers.
  • Monetize Slow Nights: Turn dead shifts into your most profitable hours.
  • Increased Table Spend: Our 90-minute format is scientifically timed to encourage extra rounds of drinks and appetizers.

2. What makes us different from the competition? We don’t just offer trivia; we offer a partnership backed by decades of industry experience and local success. Here is why 140+ Arizona venues trust us:

  • Industry-Experienced: Founded by a restaurant veteran, not a “tech company.” We understand your floor flow.

Financials & ROI

3. What is the total cost per night and what does it include? Our goal is to make these high-margin events for you. While it is free to players, venues pay a $250 one-time onboarding fee for equipment and installation. After that, the weekly fee is $125 (with a minimum 16-week commitment). We handle everything via a weekly ACH. This covers the full game setup, fresh weekly questions, professional marketing materials, your virtual host, and 24/7 troubleshooting.

4. How do I justify the weekly cost compared to my current revenue? We focus on “Table Spend.” Consider that a single table of four players staying for a two-hour trivia session will likely spend between $80–$120 on food and drinks. It only takes one or two tables to cover the cost of your trivia fee for the entire night. Everything beyond that is pure incremental profit.

5. What is the retention rate of your current venues? Our 140+ Arizona venues stick with us because the math works. Most of our partners see trivia night become one of their top revenue-generating nights of the week, with 80% of our venues staying with us for 5+ years.

6. Can I sign up for a shorter trial period? Because we are building a weekly “habit,” it takes time to see the maximum ROI. The 16-week minimum ensures we have enough time to build a loyal, recurring crowd that views your venue as their “home base.”

7. How many weeks per year does this run? What about holidays? We operate year-round and for major holidays, we can discuss skipping a week or running a holiday-themed special to capitalize on the people looking for a place to go. Most venues do a minimum of 48 weeks per year.

8. Tell me about Game Nights Entertainment and how it started. Our founder, Jesse Grothe has a lifelong restaurant career, began hosting trivia in 2012 at Dan Majerle’s Sports Grill downtown location bar. He grew the company’s expertise and began creating engaging apps for restaurants, bars, events and continues to grow the company.

9. Who provides the prizes? Most venues provide the prizes—usually $10–$50 gift cards for their own establishment. People love to win prizes – it guarantees the winners will return to your venue to spend those winnings on a future visit.
